The Agreement determines the groups of employees entitled to employment, the order of interaction between the authorized bodies of the Parties in charge of employment, the procedure of selection and employment of workers, the application for the required documents on residence and employment, approval of the labour conditions and social safeguards of the employees, the order of their return to the country of origin, special provisions on the seasonal workers.
